Lead the Content & Social team to deliver strong, engaging content and social media strategies that support business and client goals.

 What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the Content & Social team
  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitor team performance and support team development
  • Stay updated on digital trends and platforms
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Support business planning with senior leadership
  • Ensure processes (SOPs) run effectively

Who you are:

  • 6-7 years in social media field
  • Technical understanding of existing digital platforms, emerging technologies/trends, and integration strategies
  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience in leading at least 5 team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both in Indonesian and English
  • Experience in leading at least 5 team members
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote
